Responsible Entity Services

Pinnacle Fund Services Limited, the Responsible Entity (RE) operates as a corporate trustee and responsible entity for retail and wholesale investment trusts. The RE is a longstanding business with a proven model. The RE has been reviewed and tested by fund managers and their clients as well as asset consultants and is accepted by the market as being of an exceptionally high standard.

The RE has built a reputation for reliability and fidelity, as well as flexibility and collaboration in assisting clients to launch their investment offering. The RE provides responsible entity services to over 30 managed investment schemes. These schemes hold a variety of assets including Australian equities, global equities, bonds, infrastructure assets, international and Australian REITs, derivatives and cash.

The RE views sound risk management as an essential part of operating a funds management business. Liquidity risk is the potential inability to meet financial obligations either at a Responsible Entity level or at a scheme level. In relation to the schemes operated by the Responsible Entity, this includes the risk that the securities in which the scheme is invested, or the scheme itself, may become illiquid. For information on the Liquidity Management Policy, see the Liquidity Management Statement.

The RE has an obligation to provide continuous disclosure in respect of registered funds for which a Product Disclosure Statement has been issued.
